On Sunday, October 31, 2021 at approximately 02:52 a.m., the Onondaga County Emergency 911 Center received a report of an incident that occurred in the area of Ostrom Ave and Euclid Ave. The Syracuse Police Department and the Department of Public Safety are on the scene and investigating this incident.
