As a follow up to the public safety notice sent a short time ago, the Department of Public Safety (DPS) can report the Syracuse Police Department (SPD) has made two arrests in connection with the robbery that occurred on the 1200 block of Madison Street. At around 5 p.m., DPS and SPD responded to a report of a robbery involving a knife. The victim reportedly sustained a non-life-threatening injury. Both the suspects and the victim are non-SU affiliates.
