The Department of Public Safety rolls fingerprints according to the below schedule. The service is for University affiliates (students, faculty and staff) only, free of charge.
We ask that you bring your completed (filled out) fingerprinting card, a form of official identification, and your SU or ESF ID with you to the fingerprinting hours. Please note: we do not provide the fingerprinting card; you will need to supply the card.
The Department of Public Safety does not do electronic fingerprinting. If you require electronic fingerprints, visit the Department of State for more information.
Fingerprinting services are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. To schedule an appointment, please complete the form below. This service is only available for University affiliates (students, faculty and staff).
