The form must be received by the DPS five days prior to the event.
In the event of a deadline issue, contact Lieutenant Andrew Clary, Special Events and Crime Prevention Services, in person or by telephone at ex. 8988 for approval of DPS services.
DPS officers are paid a three-hour minimum, charged to the requesting department. This form is subject to the approval of the DPS Lieutenant in charge of special events.
